Cultural diversity was celebrated at Amrita Vidyalayam, Lucknow, as part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative. On Monday, July 22nd 2024, students from classes 6 to 10, representing the Rig Ved House, delivered an impressive presentation on the ‘Jaintia’ tribe of Meghalaya and the ‘Tharu’ tribe of Uttar Pradesh. The presentation highlighted the rich cultural heritage, origins, history, population, customs, attire, festivals, languages, and regional songs of these tribes.
