A workshop on tie and dye was conducted for students of classes 3 to 7. It was a new experience for the students who attended the workshop and they learnt this fascinating art by using basic techniques. The activity stimulated their mind and provided a constructive creative outlet. Students showed their skill in tying the fabric, and then they dyed the fabric in the traditional way. By doing this, students not only learnt a new art form, but also had a glimpse of our rich culture and tradition.
